Working Principle Of Fried Onion Making Machine

The heat-conducting oil is heated by an external heating device, and the heat-conducting oil and edible oil complete the heating work of the edible oil in the heating circulator. The edible oil enters the fried onion machine through the oil pump and then enters the heating circulator through the oil pump for circulating heating. After reaching the set temperature, the heat transfer oil will no longer enter the heating ring, and the oil will enter the exchanger again for heating after the oil temperature is lower than the set temperature.

• The frying tank body is made of 5mm thick SUS304 plate, and the whole plate is bent from top to bottom in the horizontal direction. There are no vertical welds at the bottom of the tank to avoid deformation or leakage at the bottom caused by excessive oil temperature.
• It can maintain the whole body without deformation for a long time at a high temperature of 200ºC, and the bottom is flat. The bottom slag scraping system runs without omission and dead angle.
• It can effectively avoid the occurrence of sticking of various ingredients into the onion rings frying machine. All conveyor belt lower support parts are made of the same material. No wear mesh belt phenomenon occurs.
• The scraping slag at the bottom will be discharged through the side conveying slag discharging system to avoid the occurrence of fire in the fryer caused by the use of the lower oil tank to receive the slag.
