Our company recently secured a successful partnership with a client in Algeria, supplying them with fried onion production machine. Prior to launching the project, the client thoroughly researched local market demand and industry trends, and, based on their own production conditions, determined the priorities for their initial investment. After extensive comparisons and investigations, the client ultimately chose our company to purchase three pieces of equipment: an onion peeler, slicer, and fryer.

In terms of equipment configuration, the customer did not install a fully automated production line all at once. Instead, they adopted a phased investment approach, taking into account market capacity and the actual conditions of their own factory. This approach not only reduced initial capital pressure but also ensured the practicality of the equipment and the flexibility of production capacity.
Taking into account the local production environment and factory layout in Algeria, our engineers optimized and adjusted the equipment in various aspects:
- Site Adaptation: Based on the spatial structure of the customer’s workshop, we rationally designed the equipment size and layout to ensure a compact and efficient production process.
- Production Requirements: We optimized the controllability of slice thickness, frying temperature, and frying time to ensure a crispier and more consistent taste for the finished onions.
- Voltage Customization: Since Algeria’s local voltage standards differ from those in China, we specifically configured a motor and electronic control system that meets local power requirements to ensure stable operation.
This cooperation not only demonstrates our company’s technical advantages and customization capabilities in fried onion machine, but also lays a solid foundation for customers to quickly enter the market and enhance product competitiveness.
